Meet Leo Gostkowski

Leo Gostkowski has worked for the Barrington Group since April of 2006 in the position of Construction and Property Liaison, reporting directly to the President. 

Leo’s unprecedented work ethic has allowed him to grow exponentially over his eight years, and has paved the way for Barrington Group to strengthen its portfolio.  Leo’s ability to multi-task has given new light to customer service within it’s for sale product, while his exceptional knowledge of construction, county regulations, and his forward thinking to solve any roadblock, has propelled his career with the Barrington Group, into an essential team player.  

Prior to working for BGI, Leo followed a family legacy of working for Manatee County Government.  For 12 years, Leo acted as Senior Maintenance Supervisor and Field Foreman, with oversight of renovations and construction for county parks and recreational facilities.  Growing up in Manatee County, Leo has established strong ties to many of the players involved in BGI’s Florida projects, which as always shed a positive light during planning stages.  Leo’s integrity and demeanor has demonstrated an ease in finding necessary resources, thus assisting BGI to meet new goals. 

Leo resides in Myakka City, Florida and raises two sons, Dylan and Caleb.  Leo celebrates his love of family in everything he does.
