Meet Ronda Gallehue.

Ronda Gallehue joined the Barrington Group in 1987 when the company was headquartered in Ohio.

Originally with Equity Group Investments, she has been in the business for 31 years. Many years of experience in a small, opportunistic company builds a diverse set of skills.  

Ronda controls the operations of properties in diverse markets displaying a unique skill and incredible ability to flex with market changes. Her pro-active management combined with quick reaction to market changes is the mantra by which Ronda manages the portfolio. 

She will tell you that listening to what residents have to say will tell a multi-family designer all they need to know about what will sell.  She uses that information to work closely with the architect in the design phase of both new construction and rehabilitation. 

No potential acquisition makes it through BGI’s rigorous evaluation process before Ronda thoroughly researches the market and gives a “thumbs up” to its potential as a site for a new BGI development or a rehabilitation project. Her years of experience with both successes and challenges in various rental markets and situations gives her the ability to quickly and efficiently evaluate a market area. 

Ronda lives in downtown Sarasota with her husband. She graduated from Ohio State University with a BS in Business. She’s an exercise nut and enjoys involvement in her community to include Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, Sarasota YMCA, the Business Advisory Council for Community Haven for Children and Adults with Disabilities and sat on the Board of Directors for various non-profits.
